California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Personal information we collect

• Identifiers — email address, display name, and IP address.
• Account and commercial information — credits balance, top-ups, subscription and order history.
• User content — reviews, photos, appointment requests and messages you submit.
• Internet activity — pages viewed, device and browser information, and similar log data.
• Approximate location — a coarse, city-level location derived from your IP address or a location you share for distance search.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use the site, and (for business listing data) from publicly available sources.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of that, no “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out is currently required; if our practices ever change we will provide an opt-out mechanism on this page before doing so. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit.

Your rights

• Know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
• Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Portability — receive a copy in a usable format.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request”, telling us which right you want to exercise and the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity (normally by confirming control of that email address) before acting. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of authorization.

We respond within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary (we will tell you if we need the extension).
