Terms of use

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Rubmp (“we”, “us”) governing your use of this website and its services. By using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rubmp. The service is operated from and directed to the United States; access from some regions is restricted. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.

2. What Rubmp is

Rubmp is a directory of massage and spa businesses with user-submitted reviews and optional appointment requests. Listings are compiled from user submissions and publicly available sources. Content is provided for general reference and entertainment: we do not verify listings or reviews, we are not affiliated with the businesses listed, and nothing on the site is an endorsement or a professional, medical or legal recommendation.

3. Accounts

Keep your registration information accurate and your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for what you post: submit only first-hand experiences, only content you have the right to share, and nothing that identifies private individuals against their will. We may moderate, edit for formatting, hide or remove content at our discretion, including in response to reports. The current reporting and human-review process is summarized in our Community content policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to advertise, solicit, arrange or facilitate any illegal activity, including commercial sexual services or human trafficking — such content and accounts will be removed and may be reported to authorities;
  • post content that is defamatory, harassing, or invades another person’s privacy;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or resell its data, without written permission;
  • circumvent the paywall, entitlements, regional access controls, or any security measure;
  • impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent an affiliation;
  • upload malware, spam, or interfere with the operation of the service.

6. Credits, subscriptions and claims

  • Credits are a prepaid site utility (1 credit is denominated at 1 USD). They are not legal tender, are non-transferable, carry no interest, and cannot be cashed out.
  • Subscriptions (Premium, Ultra and similar tiers) run for the period purchased and expire at the end of it unless renewed. Benefits apply only while the subscription is active.
  • Business claims require verification. Claims obtained with false information may be revoked without refund, and associated accounts may be terminated.
  • Payments. Bitcoin payments are credited after on-chain confirmation; network fees and exchange-rate movements before confirmation are your responsibility. USDC payments are accepted only on Base; sending on Ethereum or any other network, or sending an amount other than the exact invoice amount, will not credit automatically. Gift card redemptions are credited after manual verification.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Appointments

Appointment requests connect you with a provider; Rubmp is not a party to the service you book, does not process payment for it, and does not vet providers. Prices shown are indicative and settled directly with the provider. Repeated no-shows (by either side) may lead to loss of booking privileges. Use your own judgment about safety when meeting anyone.

8. Intellectual property & DMCA

The service, its design, software and data compilations are protected by law and remain ours or our licensors’. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings, hours, prices or reviews are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubmp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any dealings between you and a listed business or provider. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or the law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
