Community content policy

This page explains how Rubmp applies the content rules already established in our Terms of use. The Terms remain controlling if this summary and the Terms ever differ.

Adults only

Rubmp is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. The entry screen is a self-attestation, not identity or age-document verification, and does not grant an account, subscription, booking privilege or other entitlement.

What belongs in community reviews

  • Describe a first-hand visit or experience in your own words.
  • Separate what you personally observed from assumptions or second-hand claims.
  • Share only content you have the right to publish.
  • Use the structured visit fields accurately; leave an unknown field unanswered.
  • Do not identify a private individual against their will.

A community review is a user statement. A “Verified Rubmp booking” label confirms only the linked booking record; it does not mean Rubmp verified every statement in the review. A merchant reply or provider-context notice is a merchant statement, not a platform fact.

Content and conduct that are not allowed

  • Advertising, soliciting, arranging or facilitating illegal activity, including commercial sexual services or human trafficking.
  • Defamation, harassment, threats, or invasion of another person's privacy.
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of a person, business or affiliation.
  • Spam, malware, bulk promotion or attempts to interfere with the service.
  • Copyrighted or other protected material you do not have the right to publish.

Reports and human review

Reports are reviewed by a human. A report is the reporter's concern, not a Rubmp finding, and submitting one does not automatically hide, delete or reduce the visibility of a review. An administrator records a reason and explanatory note when deciding to hide a review, dismiss a report or restore a review.

Use “Report this review” on an available review for spam, abuse, misleading or impersonation concerns, off-topic material, privacy concerns or another policy issue. Provide enough context for a reviewer to locate and understand the concern; do not put passwords, payment information or unrelated sensitive data in the note.

Copyright complaints

Copyright notices and counter-notices follow the separate DMCA policy. A community report does not replace a complete DMCA notice.

Enforcement and questions

Depending on the facts and the Terms, Rubmp may leave content published, hide or remove content, limit features, suspend an account, preserve required records, or report apparent illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Questions about these rules can be sent through our contact page.
