This statement is published to meet 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A record-keeping disclosure practice for an 18+ United States website that may display visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Rubmp operates Rubmp as a directory and review host. It is not a producer of user-submitted photographs, videos, or other visual depictions posted by members or imported from publicly available sources.
Rubmp does not hire, contract, or direct the people who appear in user-submitted or third-party listing images. Those depictions are uploaded or supplied by users, listed businesses, or public-web sources. The person who creates or uploads visual content is responsible for maintaining any records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A.
Anyone who uploads visual content to Rubmp represents that every person depicted is at least 18 years old, that the uploader has the right to publish the material, and that required identification records exist where the law requires them. Content that appears to involve a minor is prohibited, will be removed, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
For any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct that Rubmpitself produces (if any), records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are maintained by the Custodian of Records below and are available for inspection during normal business hours.

No visual content on Rubmp may depict anyone under 18 years of age. Category names, tags, and titles must not suggest the involvement of minors. The word “teen”, if used at all, may only refer to adults 18 or 19 years old and must be accompanied by a clear 18+ statement.
